Cyprus Salary Calculator is a free, independent tool that works out your net take-home pay in Cyprus under the 2026 tax rules — instantly, in your browser, with no signup.
Enter a gross salary and the calculator shows your net pay per year, month, week, day and hour after income tax, Social Insurance and GESY. It also does the reverse (net-to-gross), compares two job offers side by side, handles 12, 13 and 14 salaries, pension contributions and the 50% expat relief, and includes a separate payslip generator. There are plain-English guides explaining each deduction.
The calculations use the 2026 post-reform figures: a €22,000 tax-free threshold, then bands of 20%, 25%, 30% and 35%, employee Social Insurance of 8.8% and GESY of 2.65%, with the relevant annual caps. These rates are based on the Cyprus income tax law and the published contribution rates of the Cyprus Tax Department and the Social Insurance Services. When rules change, the guides and calculator are updated and dated.
Everything you type is processed on your own device. Your salary figures are never uploaded or stored on a server — refreshing the page clears them. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
Cyprus Salary Calculator is a product of Black Falcon Studios, a small, independent software studio based in Cyprus. We built it because we found it surprisingly hard to answer a simple question — "what will my actual take-home pay be?" — without paying an accountant or trusting a random spreadsheet. The calculator uses the official 2026 tax and contribution rates, runs entirely in your browser, and is not affiliated with the Government of Cyprus, the Tax Department or any employer.
